Guests and Overnight Stays Guests and Overnight Stays Bringing guests or allowing someone to stay overnight without informing us in advance is not allowed. Please remember that this is a shared apartment (WG). Other residents also use the kitchen and bathroom, so guests must be agreed upon beforehand. This rule is also important for security reasons. We must know who enters and stays in the apartment, especially so that all residents, particularly our female students, feel safe in their home.
đź“‹
Alcohol PolicyAlcohol Policy Drinking alcohol in the apartment or outside and then coming back drunk is not allowed. Please remember that this is a shared apartment (WG). For safety reasons, we cannot take the risk of residents returning intoxicated and disturbing or affecting others.

Quiet HoursQuiet Hours (WG Rules) In Germany, loud noise is not allowed after 10:00 PM. Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (weekdays) and until 9:00 AM on Sundays. Sunday is a full rest day. Additional rules: Washing machine only until 8:00 PM No loud music (use headphones if needed) No loud phone calls in front of the building entrance Please respect your roommates and keep the shared apartment quiet and comfortable for everyone.

No SmokingNo Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shisha, cannabis, or any other smoking substances. Smoking damages furniture and walls, leaves strong smells, and also creates a fire risk. For these reasons it is absolutely forbidden. Smoking through the window is also not allowed, and throwing cigarette butts or ash out of the window is strictly prohibited. If you want to smoke, you must go completely outside the building. Smoking is not allowed in the stairway or directly in front of the entrance door.
